Our client is seeking a talented Corporate M&A Associate Attorney to join its nationally recognized Business Law Practice Group. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, and strategic business matters while collaborating with an experienced national team.
Locations: Indianapolis, IN | Madison, WI | Milwaukee, WI | St. Louis, MO | Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active Bar admission in the applicable state or eligible for admission
- Minimum 3+ years of Corporate/M&A experience in a law firm
- Experience handling mergers and acquisitions and general corporate transactions
- Strong experience with due diligence, transaction structuring, and corporate governance
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
