Universal Appliance Repair Technician (Independent Contractor) – Phoenix, AZ
Trust Pro is a rapidly growing appliance repair company serving the Phoenix metropolitan area, and we are expanding our technician team. We are looking for experienced, motivated Universal Appliance Repair Technicians who are confident working on both high-end and standard appliance brands and want to maximize their earning potential while maintaining flexibility.
This is an independent contractor position. Technicians are responsible for selling their own jobs. We do not provide pricing to customers over the phone. This is not an hourly role, so please apply only if you are comfortable with commission-based income.

Responsibilities
- Travel to customer homes throughout the Phoenix area
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of residential appliances
- Work on both high-end and standard appliance brands
- Provide accurate repair recommendations and sell repair solutions
- Deliver exceptional customer service and professional communication
- Maintain service records and manage parts inventory efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent professional appliance repair experience
- Strong experience as a universal technician capable of servicing both premium and standard appliance brands
- Experience repairing:
- Refrigerators
- Washers and dryers
- Dishwashers
- Gas and electric ranges
- Ovens and cooktops
- Microwaves
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to lift and move appliances weighing up to 100 lbs
- Ability to work independently and manage daily schedules
- Must own professional tools and have reliable transportation
