Ray & Mike's Deli is seeking experienced Full-Time Grill Cooks and Line Cooks to join our fast-paced kitchen team. Candidates should be comfortable working in a high-volume environment, preparing food quickly and consistently while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
Responsibilities include cooking steaks, chicken, breakfast items, and other menu offerings, stocking and maintaining stations, assisting with prep work, and working efficiently during busy service periods. Successful applicants are dependable, punctual, team-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure.
Requirements:
- Previous grill, line cook, or restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Schedule:
- Full-Time (40+ hours per week)
- Primarily 2 PM–Close
- Closing times: 9 PM weekdays, 11 PM Friday/Saturday, 8 PM Sunday
Compensation:
- Starting at $21+/hour for experienced cooks
