Our first U.S. flagship store recently opened in San Gabriel, California. As we expand our presence in the U.S., we are building a strong leadership team to drive operational excellence, uphold brand standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.
Job Summary
As a Shift Lead, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and driving high performance across all areas of the business. You will ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, cleanliness standards, and operational procedures.
You will lead the store in the Store Manager's or Assistant Store Manager's absence, maintaining efficient workflows, high-quality products, and exceptional guest experiences, turning first-time visitors into loyal returning guests. This role is designed for high-potential individuals, with a clear path to promote to Assistant Store Manager as we continue to grow.
Responsibilities, Abilities & Skills
- Support daily operations including staffing, workflow efficiency, customer satisfaction, product quality, and financial performance
- Lead the store in the Manager or Assistant Store Manager’s absence, ensuring smooth execution and strong team accountability
- Train, supervise, and coach team members; provide constructive feedback to support overall team development and performance standards
- Maintain inventory levels and oversee supply ordering
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations
- Monitor store performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve productivity and profitability
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
- Demonstrate strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills in all interations
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of food and beverage experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative team culture
- Demonstrated ambition to grow into a people-focused leader and build a long-term career in management
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 40 pounds occasionally
- Ability to bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
What We Expect From You
- Flexible availability to work both opening and closing shifts based on business needs
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required
Certification
- Must obtain a California Food Handler Card
