Roadrunner Services is seeking a dependable and experienced Automotive Mechanic to work at a local auto auction. We are looking for someone with strong hands-on automotive repair experience who can work efficiently, safely, and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Scope

Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on a variety of vehicles

Perform general automotive repairs and maintenance

Inspect vehicles and identify mechanical problems

Use automotive tools and diagnostic equipment effectively
-
Complete assigned work accurately and efficiently
-
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
-
Follow established safety procedures and company guidelines
-
Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members
-
Work professionally and respectfully while representing Roadrunner Services
Requirements

21+ years old
-
Must have a clean driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years
-
Must be able to pass criminal background and drug test
-
Minimum 2 years of verifiable automotive mechanic experience

Strong knowledge of automotive mechanical systems and repair procedures
-
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues
-
Ability to perform general mechanical repairs with minimal supervision
-
Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced auto-auction environment
-
ASE or other mechanic certification is not required
-
Must be authorized to work in the United States
**Marijuana use or impairment is prohibited while driving or on assignment, regardless of legality or medical authorization**
Pay Rate: $25 per hour
- Arrive 15 minutes before scheduled time for check-in and security procedures
