In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for businesses within your territory, managing relationships while actively developing new business and expanding your sales pipeline, playing a key part in our continued growth in the High Point market.
Your Impact in the Territory:
- Strategic Engagement: Conduct face-to-face meetings with key points of contact, including business owners, HR managers, and other local decision-makers to manage and expand your portfolio.
- Consultative Presentations: Deliver professional presentations to showcase our products, answer specific questions, and guide individuals through the decision-making process.
- Market Presence: Take ownership of your territory through consistent follow-up and professional relationship management.
- Professional Development: Participate in structured team training and mentorship designed to prepare you for advancement opportunities.
