Boston based full service restaurant group looking to add talent to our management team. Currently, we are seeking a Restaurant Manager with various experience levels who are accustomed to handling high volume bar/restaurants. Hands on floor management style is a must.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-perform opening, mid and closing shift duties
-ability to implement training programs for team members
-coach and train team members
-ability to stand for extended periods of time
-ability to lift 5pds to 100pds
-scheduling team members
-weekly ordering
-daily administrative duties
-implement inventory controls
