Rental Sales Agent will provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers, primarily face-to-face, with their car rental needs and provide support to other team members. You will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience with duties to include customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers with their car rental needs and answer related questions.
- Provide information about rental rates, products and services in person and over the phone.
- Develop and gain knowledge of additional products and services via on-the-job training.
- Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services.
- Make new reservations for car rentals in person or over the phone.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Prepare vehicles to rent as needed.
- Help with movement of vehicles as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age to apply.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
