Watts Up, a lighting distributor serving the Midwest region for over 40 years, is looking for a part time warehouse assistant to join our fun and highly motivated team of employees.
Watts Up is looking for a qualified candidate to provide part-time support (approx 20-25 hours per week) at the Merriam, Kansas location. The qualified candidate will need to be comfortable working in a fast pace environment and interacting with customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Pulling product orders and preparing for delivery and/or shipping.
- Receiving product from suppliers and stocking product in a safe and professional manner.
- Proficient with basic computer skills needed to navigate email and order/warehouse processing system
- Comfort using table saw to cut replacement acrylic lens.
- Assist overall upkeep of the warehouse.
- Load purchased products for customers.
- Maintain detailed product information, quantity, and location in computer system.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
- Must be able to lift 40lbs.
Job Types: Part-time
Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 1 pm
Salary: $15.00 to $17.00 /hour, based on experience level
