Inside Sales / Logistics Coordinator

We are a global company seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Inside Sales / Logistics Coordinator to support our sales operations, warehouse, and daily logistics activities. The ideal candidate will have a pivotable role and must possess strong critical‑thinking skills, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism. Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin is required to support communication with overseas team. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily logistics operations, including transportation planning, dispatching, and carrier coordination to ensure timely delivery of freight.
- Support inside sales functions such as inventory requests, order entry, customer follow‑up, and account coordination.
- Communicate with and be the main liaison between sales staff, freight carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in Excel and internal inventory systems.
- Analyze logistics data to identify delays, discrepancies, or cost‑saving opportunities.
- Assist with inventory coordination, receiving updates, and stock availability checks.
- Provide bilingual communication support for cross‑border operations and supplier interactions.
- Support transportation sales initiatives by identifying new business opportunities, negotiating rates, and expanding our logistics services portfolio.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of logistics, supply chain, or inside sales experience.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis).
- Strong multitasking ability and comfortable working under time‑sensitive deadlines.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Experience with Flex Rental software, ERP or order‑management systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of logistics terms and regulations related to shipping or handling sensitive products is a plus.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
