What You'll Do
Manage all day to day accounting and financial reporting
Oversee month end and year end close processes
Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
Monitor cash flow and maintain strong internal controls
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities
Partner with ownership and operations leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
Support audits and tax preparation
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and operational efficiency
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 5 years of Controller or senior accounting leadership experience
Hospitality/restaurant industry experience is required
Experience with catering companies, event venues, banquet operations, or hospitality staffing is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls
Experience managing high volume accounting operations
Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
CPA is a plus but not required
