Clinic Hours
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturdays: Temporarily closed (anticipated return: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
Compensation & Benefits
$16–$25/hour, based on experience, skillset, and position
Bonus pay available for Saturday coverage

Position Responsibilities
Veterinary Assistants/Technicians
- Assist with patient exams, urgent cases, and treatments
- Obtain patient histories and assist with diagnostics
- Safely handle and restrain patients
- Support surgical and dental procedures, including anesthesia monitoring (where applicable)
- Assist with ultrasound appointments
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members
Client Service Representatives
- Welcome clients and patients with professionalism and compassion
- Schedule appointments and manage a multi-line phone system
- Communicate treatment plans, estimates, and follow-up instructions
- Process payments and maintain accurate medical records
- Coordinate with doctors and technicians to keep appointments running smoothly
- Help create an organized, positive experience for every client from check-in to checkout
Who We're Looking For
- Veterinary assistants, technicians, RVTs, or experienced veterinary client service representatives
- Dependable, detail-oriented professionals with strong communication skills

- Experience in veterinary medicine is preferred
