Successfully complete the intensive career accelerator program, PLACE Launch
- Consistently generate leads each week utilizing established PLACE systems
- Assist buyers and sellers by providing expert guidance, negotiating terms, and closing transactions
- Conduct a minimum of 2 open houses per month
- Maintain detailed records of all activities and monitor pipeline status using PLACE Technology
- Dedicate time weekly to 1:1 coaching, training sessions, and script rehearsals
- Engage actively in team events and contribute to fostering a positive team culture
- Develop your real estate business while maintaining active production and continuously enhancing your skills
