Job Description
Enriquez Construction Company is seeking motivated individuals to join our commercial construction team. We are looking for dependable workers who are willing to learn, work hard, and take pride in their craftsmanship.
Previous construction experience is preferred, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right candidates on-site and provide hands-on learning opportunities for individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn the trade.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
- Installing metal studs, track, and framing systems
- Installing insulation materials
- Hanging, finishing, and repairing drywall
- Installing ACT ceiling systems
- Assisting with EIFS installation
- Measuring, cutting, and installing construction materials
- Learning and applying proper construction techniques
- Maintaining a clean and safe job site
- Following instructions and working effectively with the construction team
- Following all company safety procedures
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have:

- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to perform physical construction tasks
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Construction experience is a plus but not required. Training will be provided for candidates who are motivated and willing to learn.
