Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.
- Manage POS systems such as Square POS to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and maintain balanced register.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist in ordering beverages to ensure seamless service during busy hours.
- Handle cash handling duties efficiently while practicing responsible serving techniques aligned with alcohol service laws.
Qualifications
- Have minimum 2 years bartending experience.
- Familiarity with POS systems. (Square preferred)
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service and a clean bar.
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math calculations, and measuring ingredients.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that enhances guest experiences.
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
