WeStaff Healthcare LLC is currently seeking an experienced Dietary Aide to join our team at Isabella Center for Rehab & Nursing Care, a skilled nursing facility. If you have a background in dietary services and enjoy working in a healthcare setting, we encourage you to apply!
Shifts Available:
- 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Full-time)
- 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Part-time)
**Requires to work every other weekend.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow dietary guidelines
Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients’ diets to ensure consistency with nutritional recommendations and care plans
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding based on dietary requirements
- Monitor food supplies and assist cooks in maintaining adequate inventory
- Support kitchen operations, including cleaning dishes, pots, and utensils
- Track patients’ fluid intake and assist with preparing special menus for those with dietary restrictions
