Position: Automotive Accounting Manager/Controller
About Our Company:
We are an Independent highline automotive dealership looking for a Full Time Accounting Manager/Controller to handle the following; full cycle accounting, bookkeeping and Human Resources, etc.
We are a family owned business and have been in business for over 18 years. We offer a clean and respectable work environment.
We have around 35 employees and $30,000,000 in revenue a year.
Job Duties include (but not limited to):
-Daily management of our Dealer Management System accounting software: including; sales, F&I, service, parts, accounting, and journal entries.
-Reconciliations of Bank and Credit Card Statements
-AP and AR
-Producing Regular Financial and other monthly Statements (i.e. P&L, Balance sheet, other misc. reports)
-Human Resources: Processing Payroll, Handling Employee 401k's and Employee's QSEHRA accounts, onboarding new employees and keeping proper paperwork up to date for each employee
-Assisting Owner/GM where needed
Requirements:
- 5+ Years Full Cycle Accounting experience
- Experience with P&L’s and Balance Sheets
- Experience with Payroll, 401k, and Human Resources
- Experience in Dealership *a plus, but not required
Job Details:

-Monday through Friday: 8-5pm OR 9-6pm
