EverDry Waterproofing is Indiana's largest and most established waterproofing company, and we're growing.
We're looking for a driven, energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist who loves finding great people, building relationships, and making an impact on a company's success.
You'll own recruiting from start to finish, develop hiring strategies, build our employment brand, attend recruiting events, improve our hiring process, and work directly with leadership to help build one of the best teams in the industry.

What You'll Do
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through onboarding
- Recruit for Sales, Customer Service, Production, Operations, and Leadership positions
- Conduct phone interviews and in-person interviews
- Build candidate pipelines using Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking
- Create engaging job postings that attract top talent
- Develop creative recruiting campaigns
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with department managers
- Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill and quality of hire
- Improve onboarding and hiring processes
- Attend career fairs and community recruiting events
- Help strengthen EverDry's employer brand
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or HR experience
- Experience sourcing candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, or other recruiting platforms
- Strong interviewing and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize multiple openings at once
- Experience using ATS software is a plus

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
