Coronado Wrecking and Salvage is looking to hire Class A truck drivers, we are a demolition company that operates in Albuquerque and occasionally out of town. This is a skilled position involving the safe and efficient operation of end dumps and roll offs minimum 1 year end dump experience is required.
Requirements
- Thorough operational knowledge and skills of end dumps.
- Roll off experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Driving experience
- Must be able to pass a background check & pre-employment drug screening
Duties Including
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient working condition of equipment
- Perform a pre/post trip inspection with appropriate documentation in compliance with DOT guideline
- The driver will also perform minor servicing and maintenance with major problems being referred to the immediate supervisor
- Ability to keep paperwork in order and turned in daily
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Position must follow all DOT rules and regulations, including random drug testing
- Heavy haul experience a plus
- Loader operating experience a plus
- Hauling construction demo debris to various facilities
- Maintain a clean truck and ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your co-workers
