SERVPRO of The Windsors is hiring for Crew Chiefs! Our Crew Chiefs respond to service calls after property owners suffer from water, fire, and mold damage. The Crew Chief will lead their team to perform a variety of tasks each day.
The daily tasks consist of:
- Loading vehicles with equipment, products, and supplies
- Setting up staging equipment for all work activities on each project
- Assist in demo and cleanup of properties damaged by water, fire, and mold- extracting water, setting up equipment, cleaning, packing and demolition of residential and commercial properties
- Performing end-of-job/end-of-day cleanup and breakdown
- Completing daily job file documentation
- Assisting with unique tasks as needed.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
- Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Exposure to chemicals
- Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
- Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)
- Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
- Driver's license required
- On call availability
- Mitigation experience preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
