What does it mean to be a Dealer Enrollment Coordinator at GLS?
The Dealer Enrollment Coordinator aids in creating and maintaining professional and profitable relationships with dealer customers. This role is responsible for increasing company market share by signing new dealers, developing and maintaining positive business relationships, and increasing awareness of the company program.
- Develop and maintain positive business relationships with dealers through daily conversations and solicitations while educating on company products/services
- Educate dealers on all aspects of the company lending program and how to maximize the value of the program for their individual dealership
- Provide exceptional customer service through effective and timely communications and responsiveness to all dealer agreement p processing questions and inquiries
- Review dealer agreements for completion and accuracy; partner with dealers to resolve any outstanding items related to their agreement
- Build and expand the assigned territory by identifying and enrolling new dealerships
- Establish and track monthly dealer signup objectives for assigned dealers
- Maintain electronic records and files
- Foster a collaborative culture that facilitates the achievement of business plan objectives by working closely with other associates and members of management
- Perform additional assignments and special projects as required by the needs of the company or as directed by management
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
- Experience in the automotive industry preferred
- Demonstrated sales skills including the ability to think quickly in a dynamic environment and successfully overcome resistance
- Excellent interpersonal skills: friendly and tactful with the ability to influence others, effectively manage conflict, exercise sound judgment, effectively manage highly sensitive and confidential information, interact at all levels within the organization, and build cross-functional partnerships across the business
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Team player that can adapt in a fast pace and changing environment
- Proficient computer skills with working knowledge of internet and standard business applications such as Microsoft Office; ability to quickly learn new computer applications as required

- Significant portions of daily assignments involve application of manual skills requiring motor coordination in combination with finger dexterity
- Remain in a stationary position up to 100% of the workday
- Constantly operate a computer and other standard office equipment
- Job functions involve sedentary to light physical effort. Physical demands range from sitting, walking, standing, or pushing or pulling materials. Work may involve exerting up to 10 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects.
- Be able to perform activities such as: viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading, bending, and kneeling
- This position is full-time
- Must be flexible to work within departmental operating days and times which include Monday through Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm
- Regular, predictable attendance is required, including overtime hours as business demands dictate
- Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand
