Walton & Company is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman to lead commercial plumbing projects throughout Central Pennsylvania and surrounding areas.

As a Plumbing Foreman, you'll oversee daily field operations, lead crews of plumbers and apprentices, coordinate with project teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to Walton's high standards.

What You'll Do
-
Lead commercial plumbing installation projects from start to finish
-
Plan daily work activities, crew assignments, and project schedules

Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings

Coordinate work with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades

Supervise, mentor, and develop plumbers and apprentices

Ensure installations meet company quality standards and applicable plumbing codes

Monitor project progress, manpower, and material usage

Assist with troubleshooting and resolving complex plumbing challenges

Conduct jobsite safety meetings and enforce company safety policies

Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and communication with project management

Promote a positive, professional jobsite culture focused on teamwork and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED
-
Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
-
Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program

Pennsylvania and/or Maryland plumbing license preferred
-
5+ years of commercial plumbing experience, including 2–3 years in a Foreman or leadership role

Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, installation methods, and plumbing codes

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents

Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and developing others
