What You’ll Do
● Prepare individual federal and state tax returns
● Assist clients with gathering and reviewing tax documents
● Enter and verify client information accurately
● Communicate with clients throughout the tax preparation process
● Maintain confidentiality of financial and personal information
● Follow IRS requirements and company procedures
● Deliver excellent customer service
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is
● Professional and dependable
● Detail-oriented and organized
● Comfortable working with computers
● Excellent with customers
● Willing to learn tax preparation
● Able to work in a fast-paced environment during tax season
● Available for some evenings/weekends during peak season
● Bilingual is a plus
Previous tax preparation experience is preferred but NOT required. Training is available.
