Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF) in Camarillo, CA. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care while ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in the LTC/SNF setting
- Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Educate residents and families regarding treatment plans and ongoing care
- Ensure compliance with patient safety, infection control, and facility policies
Required Certifications
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
Qualifications
- Active RN License
- Previous LTC/SNF or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced long-term care environment
- Excellent teamwork and patient-centered care approach
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
