PRN Physical Therapist (Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic)

Quality Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate PRN Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient orthopedic practice.
Due to increased patient demand and a schedule that is currently booked out for the next two months, we are looking to add a PRN Physical Therapist to help us continue providing exceptional one-on-one care to our patients.
This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist seeking flexible scheduling while working in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
Compensation
- $52–$55 per patient visit
- Flexible scheduling
- Consistent patient volume available
Scheduling Options
- PRN shifts as available
- Depending on performance, may consider a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings.
- Provide high-quality one-on-one patient care through therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and evidence-based interventions.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and home exercise programs.
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-focused clinical environment.
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in physical therapy.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
- Current Illinois Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
- Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Passion for providing exceptional patient care and helping patients achieve their goals.
