Position Responsibilities:

Develop and implement automation roadmaps, including IIoT, robotics, and SCADA systems, to improve manufacturing performance

Oversee project lifecycles from concept to commissioning, including managing budgets, timelines, and technical documentation (i.e. SOPs, manuals)

Troubleshoot and support PLCs, robotics, and control systems, reducing downtime and resolving technical issues

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process robustness, efficiency, and safety

Supervise, mentor, and develop engineering personnel

Ensure all automation systems meet food safety, sanitary design, and regulatory requirements

Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree with 6 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 9 plus years of specific experience and 6 plus years of leadership experience
