Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment by performing repairs, troubleshooting issues, and conducting preventive maintenance across a variety of systems. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), refrigeration, and related systems to ensure continuous operation.
- Help maintain Pool / Spa chemical levels dialy.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures promptly, utilizing schematics and technical manuals for accurate diagnosis.
- Conduct appliance repairs and service tasks on various machinery and appliances within the facility.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to facilitate repairs and installations.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future reference.
- Assist with construction or renovation projects by supporting installation efforts and ensuring safety compliance.
- Lead or collaborate with team members during complex repairs or projects to ensure timely completion.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a strong background in home repair, equipment repair, or HVAC/R systems.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems including air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment, and related mechanical components are a plus.
- Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience in construction or building maintenance is highly desirable.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with an active approach to problem-solving in high-pressure situations.
- Leadership qualities that enable guiding junior team members or coordinating tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly document work orders and collaborate with team members.
- Valid certifications in HVAC/R or refrigeration are a plus; relevant training in home and/or construction repair is preferred.
