We are a growing, established, private practice in Dublin. Start date would be negotiable.
This is a W-2 full-time position for a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) offering a hybrid of in person and telehealth sessions.
Specialities preferred but not required: EMDR therapy, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Perinatal or Postpartum Mood & Anxiety Disorders, Infertility Issues. (Open to other specializations as well)

-Pay is pre-insurance, not post-insurance. Many practices pay a percentage split based on what comes into the practice- so if there are insurance issues or clients don’t pay- the therapist does not get paid. For this position, you get paid for your service regardless of any client/insurance issues, to create a sense of financial stability for the therapist.
Compensation:
-Pay of $60 per 53-60 minute session
-Liability Insurance Paid for by practice
-Continuing Education Reimbursement Program
-Retirement Benefits w/a Percentage matched by employer
-No Stress of Productivity Level
-Additional Year-End Bonus Structure:
$2000 Year-End Bonus if you average seeing 15 clients per week throughout the year. This bonus will be increased by $250 for each additional client averaged per week. Late cancellation fees collected by clients are included toward session average. (Ex. If you averaged 25 clients per week, your bonus would be $4500, If you averaged 35 clients per week, your bonus would be $7,000).
(We’ve learned over time that clinicians are looking for all different things from a job description compensation and it may also vary in different seasons of life— This bonus structure was designed to help clinicians pay for PTO, Health Insurance Expenses, and have the flexibility to use however you would like based on your individual needs!)
*The pay range salary posted is based on $60 per client seen + the year end bonus structure combined seeing a minimum of 22 clients per week.
