Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking an experienced Spa Manager to lead one of our busiest and most successful locations in Beaverton, Oregon.

What You'll DoLeadership
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of massage therapists, estheticians, and Wellness Consultants.
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and service-oriented culture.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.
Sales & Business Performance
- Drive membership growth and guest retention.
- Increase retail sales and service upgrades.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement action plans.
- Coach the team to maximize every guest interaction.
Operations
- Oversee daily spa operations.
- Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and expenses.
- Ensure compliance with Hand & Stone brand standards.
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience every day.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of management experience.
- Strong background in sales leadership.
- Experience leading teams in retail, hospitality, wellness, fitness, or spa environments.
- Proven success hiring, developing, and retaining employees.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze business performance and execute action plans.
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends as business needs require.
