Tiny Croissantiere is a French-forward specialty cafe and bakery opening in Sunnyvale, CA. We are looking for warm, professional, and guest-focused individuals to join our front of house team. As our first point of contact, you set the tone for the guest experience — greeting every person who walks through the door, guiding them through our pastry selections, and ensuring every interaction reflects the care we put into our product.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and guide them through our pastry and beverage offerings
- Take orders accurately at the counter with a focus on hospitality and pastry attachment alongside beverages
- Operate POS system accurately including cash handling, order entry, and end-of-day reconciliation
- Support pastry display presentation and restocking in coordination with the kitchen team
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front of house environment throughout each shift
- Communicate clearly with baristas and shift leads to ensure smooth and efficient service flow
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Contribute to a professional, accountable, and guest-focused team culture
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hospitality or customer-facing experience required
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine enthusiasm for guest service
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Positive, professional attitude and a team-first mindset
- Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
Pay: $19.50 - $20.00 per hour
