We are a growing excavation and landscape company seeking a dependable, hardworking Excavation & Landscape Laborer to join our team. This position involves a variety of outdoor tasks including site preparation, grading, drainage installation, hardscaping, landscaping, and general excavation support. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can work effectively as part of a small team.
Responsibilities
- Assist with excavation, grading, trenching, and site preparation projects.
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently.
- Install drainage systems, retaining walls, pavers, and other hardscape features.
- Perform landscape installation including planting, mulching, seeding, and mowing.
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
- Assist equipment operators as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and customers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscaping, excavation, construction, or related field preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, or other construction equipment is a plus.

Schedule
Pay
$18–$21 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
