As one of the founding members of our Valley Fair team, you'll help shape our culture, build lasting customer relationships, and grow with an expanding international brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, luxury-inspired shopping experience.
- Welcome every guest with warmth, confidence, and genuine hospitality.
- Provide personalized styling recommendations and product knowledge.
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Process transactions accurately using Shopify POS.
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Receive and replenish merchandise while maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Perform opening and closing procedures; Keyholders will lead operations in the manager's absence.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready sales floor.
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive, high-performing environment.
Qualifications
- Retail sales experience required; keyholder or leadership experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
