Salary is dependent on the type of visits per week. On average a Full-Time OT can earn between $79,300 to $92,300 a year.

Schedule Expectations
· Full-Time: 25+ visits per week
· Part-Time: 6+ visits per week
· PRN: 1 shift every 6 months
What You'll Do
· Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans.
· Provide evidence-based therapy to improve function, independence, and quality of life.
· Educate patients, families, and caregivers to support long-term progress and patient safety.
· Document patient care accurately in the EMR system.
· Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care.
Qualifications
· Current Texas State License to practice Occupational Therapy.
· NBCOT certification (or equivalent).
· Current driver's license.
· Reliable transportation and current auto liability insurance.
· One year of therapy experience preferred but not required
· Pediatric and home health experience preferred but not required
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Current CPR certification.
· Current TB within the last year or Chest X-Ray within the last 5 years
· Ability to travel locally within a 20 mile radius of your home and maintain a flexible schedule.
· Bilingual Skills (English/Spanish) are a plus but not required
