We're looking for friendly, energetic people who enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Previous furniture sales experience is helpful, but not required—we can teach product knowledge. We can't teach enthusiasm, integrity, and a desire to help people.
What You'll Do
- Help customers select furniture and mattresses that fit their needs and style.
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional service.
- Customize orders and explain features and benefits.
- Maintain a beautiful showroom environment.
- Complete sales paperwork accurately.
- Create and post online ads and social media content during slower periods.
- Meet and exceed sales goals.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
What We're Looking For

Compensation
Commission with a guaranteed hourly minimum.
- Typical earnings: $25–$35+ per hour
- Guaranteed minimum pay: $20 per hour
- Unlimited earning potential based on your effort and sales ability
- Opportunities to generate additional sales through social media and online marketing
