Elevator Technician Trainee – Paid Training & Career Advancement
Looking for a mechanically inclined, dependable individual who wants to build a long-term career in a specialized skilled trade. No elevator experience required; however, prior elevator experience or experience in a related skilled trade is preferred.
Our structured 6-month Technician Training Program provides hands-on training, skill development, and opportunities for advancement based on performance, safety, and demonstrated skills.
What We’re Looking For
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools
- Reliable, hardworking, and dependable
- Safety-conscious and willing to learn
- Highly coachable with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working in different jobsite environments
- Must have your own basic hand tools
- Elevator experience is preferred
- Automotive, HVAC, electrical, construction, or other mechanical experience is a plus
