Production Worker
We are searching for detail orientated individuals that enjoy working with their hands to join the team in Brighton, MI as a Production Worker.
- 1st shift: 5:00am - 3:30pm / Monday - Thursday + OT on Fridays & Saturdays
- 2nd Shift: 3:00pm – 11:30pm / Monday – Friday + OT on Saturdays
- Starting Pay rate: $18.50-20.00 hr

The Production Worker will be working as part of a team to support food production operations by processing, packaging, and inspecting products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production equipment used in food manufacturing processes
- Perform a variety of production tasks including panning, glazing, enrobing, and packaging
- Load, unload, and move product between production stages (e.g., ovens, glazing, cooling, packing)
- Conduct visual quality checks throughout the process to ensure product standards are met
- Accurately package products, including bulk items and specialized/custom orders
- Maintain consistent product flow by supporting line changeovers and transitions between runs
- Perform routine cleaning and end-of-shift sanitation
- Rotate between different workstations to support operations
- Follow all food safety, safety procedures, and PPE requirements at all times
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to production and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
- Attention to detail for quality control
