Job Title: Licensed Cosmetologist – Bubbly Scalp Bar (Head Spa Experience)

Who We’re Looking For:
We need licensed cosmetologists who are curious and passionate about expanding their skincare knowledge and diving into the innovative world of scalp facials. If you want to be part of a playful, supportive team—and help us bring Idaho's first 8 bed head spa experience to life—this is for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Provide scalp facials and head spa treatments (we’ll train you on our signature bubbly techniques!)
- Educate clients on scalp health and skincare products
- Create a fun, friendly environment with that signature bubbly personality
- Collaborate with our team to deliver top-notch service and keep our clients glowing
- Provide blow out services and hair styling
What You Need:
- Idaho cosmetology license (or in the process of obtaining)
- Enthusiasm for learning scalp and skin techniques—experience in skincare a plus!
- A bubbly, approachable personality—our vibe is fun, cheeky, and sassy!
- Passion for client care and delivering “facials for scalps” that leave our guests refreshed and glowing

Requirements
- Valid cosmetology license with experience in hair styling, nail care, makeup application, and skincare treatments.
- Proficiency in managing salon software such for scheduling and client management.
- Experience with advanced aesthetic procedures including dermal fillers, Botox injections, esthetic laser treatments, tattooing, and dermabrasion is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients on treatment options and aftercare instructions.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Ability to manage retail sales effectively through upselling techniques while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Experience with social media management to promote services and engage with the community is a plus.
- Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings or weekends as needed in a fast-paced setting.
