Responsibilities:
Direct and oversee the day-to-day activities of clinical staff on the PM shift
Complete required documentation for resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records per facility policies
Conduct daily rounds and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN)
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Ability to work every other weekend
