Blossom ABA Therapy is urgently hiring Active Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are fluent in both English and Spanish to join our growing clinical team in Clinton, NC. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in their homes while working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Provide direct ABA therapy to pediatric clients in home and community settings
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs
Collect accurate behavioral data during therapy sessions
Support communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skill development
Collaborate with supervisors and families to ensure consistent treatment implementation
Maintain professionalism while delivering compassionate, evidence-based care

We're looking for candidates who have:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes throughout Clinton and surrounding areas
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
