We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Staff Engineer - EIT (Engineer-in-Training) to join our innovative engineering team. Responsibilities
- Assist in developing detailed project schedules to ensure timely completion of engineering deliverables.
- Prepare and review technical drawings and models using AutoCAD Civil 3Dsoftware to support project design efforts.
- Support project management activities by tracking progress, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
- Utilize Bluebeam for efficient document review, markup, and collaboration on project drawings and reports.
- Contribute to construction oversight by reviewing plans, conducting site inspections, and ensuring adherence to design specifications.
- Generate technical reports and documentation through technical writing to communicate findings clearly to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred.
- 0 to 3 years experience
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam preferred.
- Familiarity with civil engineering principles, design processes, and construction practices.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Effective communication skills for technical writing, team collaboration, and client interactions.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $116,031.26 per year
