Responsibilities
- Assist lead photographers during wedding ceremonies, receptions, and various events to capture key moments with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Support the setup of photography and videography equipment, ensuring optimal lighting, framing, and composition
- Contribute to on-site photo and video shoots by managing equipment, adjusting settings, and capturing high-quality footage
- Participate in post-production tasks including photo editing, color correction, photo manipulation, and video editing using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Capture One, and Adobe Creative Suite tools
- Help organize digital assets and maintain organized archives of images and videos for clients’ portfolios
- Collaborate with the team on art direction to achieve desired visual styles and storytelling objectives
- Engage with clients through social media management by sharing sneak peeks and updates to enhance event promotion
Experience
- Passion for photography and videography with a keen eye for detail and storytelling
- Basic knowledge of camera operation, lighting techniques, and composition principles
- Familiarity with photo editing software such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop; video editing tools like Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro; and color management concepts including color theory
- Strong interest in art direction, photo manipulation, journalism principles related to storytelling through images
- Previous experience or coursework in photography or videography is a plus but not required—enthusiasm to learn is essential
- Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive attitude toward teamwork and client interaction
