Schedule: Late Night (typically 4-5 am) or mids (9-9/10-10/11-11/12-12)
About the Role:
Cook Out is hiring dependable, detail oriented and energetic people to join our team. Must have open availability, must be able to work Late-Night/ close as well as day shift (must not be limited to only day shift). We’re looking for people who can deliver fast, friendly service while helping close the restaurant properly each night.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service at the front line and drive-thru
- Accurately handle cash, payments, and order entry
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized work area
- Assist with closing duties: cleaning, stocking, prepping, and shutting down stations
- Follow all food safety and company procedures
- Work as part of a fast-paced, respectful team environment
Requirements:
- Must be available for late-night shifts
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous restaurant or cashier experience is helpful (not required)
