Innkeeper at the Niwot Inn & Spa

We’re looking for a part-time Innkeeper (~25 hours per week) to support the daily operations of our inn. Hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not required—we value a friendly attitude, reliability, and a love of creating memorable guest experiences.

Job Description:
-Morning shift is 7:00AM - 2PM, Evening shift is 2PM - 8PM
- Breakfast setup and takedown
- Making reservations over the phone and managing incoming online reservations
- Checking guests in and out
- Scheduling spa appointments
- Handling guest relations
- Laundry
Candidate Qualifications:
· Is reliable, dependable, responsible, honest, conscientious, and presentable
· Has exceptional written and spoken communication skills; guest oriented
· Possesses excellent time management skills
· Able to learn reservations program
· Able to easily climb stairs as there is no elevator access to lower level or second floor
· Must be available to work weekends and share holiday shifts with other team members

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
