DESCRIPTION:
The shift leader is responsible for directing an efficient work flow and assisting the store manager in a variety of store operation duties. This position serves as a role model of barista responsibilities and servers as the supervisor when the store manager is unavailable.

- Able to obtain food safety certification
- Able to learn quickly, problem solve, and handle multiple tasks
- Able to follow brand requirements and brand recipes

- Must be motivated, dependable, and on time
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet customers with warmth, energy, and genuine care
- Assist manager with administrative duties
- Lead, motivate, and supervise daily store operations
- Take orders and craft beverages with precision and speed
- Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Restock products and communicate inventory needs
- Learn and share product knowledge to ensure top-tier service
- Assist with deliveries and maintain a smooth flow of operations
