Job Description
- Maintain floors in hallways, day rooms, nursing stations, and dining rooms (buffing, stripping, waxing, sweeping, mopping as directed)
- Strip, wax and buff patient rooms as directed
- Cleans glass doors and windows as required
- Hang cubicle curtains and cubical curtains as required
- Maintains good working relationships with staff, patients and their families
- Carry out facility policies and procedures, following directions of supervisors
- Set an example of high moral character, dignity, calmness, courtesy, and tact to everyone
- Neat personal appearance
- Must be loyal and dependable
- Performs all other duties assigned by authorized supervisory personnel
No education or certifications required
Physical Demands:
Stands and walks the majority of the working day, lifting and carrying equipment furniture and supplies. Must be in good physical health.
