Job Description
Aspire Care LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable Caregivers to provide daily support and assistance to individuals in a residential setting. Caregivers play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, dignity, and well-being of those we serve. Positions are available for full-time and part-time caregivers.
This position is on-site only and requires adherence to Wisconsin caregiver regulations and Aspire Care LLC policies.
Primary ResponsibilitiesMeal Preparation & Nutrition
- Prepare three nutritionally balanced meals daily (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
- Provide snacks as appropriate.
- Follow all physician-ordered or medically prescribed diets.
- Assist clients with eating as needed.
- Monitor food expiration dates.
- Label and date prepared foods; no food may be stored beyond 72 hours.
- Complete grocery shopping as needed.
Housekeeping & Cleaning
- Maintain cleanliness of all living areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and common spaces.
- Wash clients’ clothing, bedding, and linens.
- Wash dishes and load/unload dishwasher promptly after meals.
- Empty trash throughout the home.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as required.
- Clean, disinfect, and restock bathrooms.
- Maintain client bedrooms in neat, orderly condition.
Personal Care Assistance
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Oral care
- Toileting and incontinence care
- Provide prompts and cues to ensure personal care is completed.
- Assist with transfers and mobility as needed.
Medication Monitoring & Administration
- Observe and monitor clients’ physical and mental condition.
- Report changes or concerns to management promptly.
- Administer medications only if properly trained and authorized under Wisconsin regulations.
- Follow the Five Rights of Medication Administration:
- Right client
- Right medication
- Right dose
- Right time
- Right prescription
- Report medication errors to management immediately.
Transportation & Community Support
- Transport clients to appointments, errands, religious services, and community outings.
- Escort clients during appointments and remain with them as required.
- Complete appointment documentation and communicate outcomes to management.
- Obtain approval prior to using company vehicles.
Companionship & Engagement
- Provide emotional support and companionship.
- Engage clients in activities such as games, conversation, and outings.
- Follow facility rules regarding common areas and assigned living spaces.
- No unauthorized guests permitted in facilities.
Documentation & Communication
- Complete daily care notes and shift reports.
- Accurately document services provided.
- Report incidents, behavioral changes, or health concerns immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass Wisconsin Caregiver Background Check
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record (for transport duties)
- Medication Administration certification (or willingness to obtain)
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Prior caregiving experience preferred (but not required)
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients as needed
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
Work Environment
- Residential care setting
- On-site position (not remote)
- May require evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
