About Us
We are an established Florida-based water mitigation company expanding into Pennsylvania. We specialize in helping homeowners through the property damage claims process by providing emergency mitigation services and working alongside public adjusters.
We are looking for a motivated, professional, and reliable Field Inspection & Claims Coordinator to be the first point of contact with our clients.
Job Responsibilities
As our Field Inspection & Claims Coordinator, you will travel to homeowners' properties throughout Pennsylvania to:
* Meet with homeowners after a property damage loss.
* Review homeowners insurance policies to help determine potential coverage.
* Explain the water mitigation process and the insurance claim process.
* Educate clients on our role and the role of the public adjuster.
* Answer client questions and provide exceptional customer service.
* Review and obtain signatures on all required documents and service agreements.
* Perform a thorough pre-inspection of the property.
* Photograph all visible damages.
* Document findings accurately and thoroughly.
* Upload photos, inspection reports, and documents to Dropbox.
* Maintain organized digital files.
* Communicate inspection results with the office team.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is:
* Bilingual (English & Spanish) (Required)
* Professional and confident when speaking with homeowners.
* Highly motivated and self-driven.
* Organized with strong attention to detail.
* A team player with excellent communication skills.
* Comfortable working independently while traveling.
* Tech-savvy and proficient with:
* Apple (iPhone/iPad/Mac) products
* Dropbox
* Adobe Acrobat
* Email and digital documentation
Requirements
* Valid driver's license (Required)
* Reliable personal vehicle
* Willingness to travel extensively throughout Pennsylvania
* Ability to work an on-call and flexible schedule
* Must pass a background check (if applicable)
