Summary
This is a Part Time position Min 18 hours - Max 24 hours. Positions are Hybrid TM & available in Burbank and Encino locations .
We are seeking a Licensed & Associate therapists to join our team at Wilshire Valley Therapy Centers. In this role, you will be responsible for providing mental health services to a varied population within an outpatient setting for treatment of individuals couples & families. We require therapists / associated who are passionate about mental health, are self motived to acquire and be open to receiving contemporary forms of treatment . We also require applicants to have proficiency with documentation on EHR and who are detailed and timely aware. We have an excellent team of supervisors who offer a range of treatment theoretically approaches and a collaborative approach. Associate must have accrued at least 1300 hours towards licensure and passed the law and ethics exam in California towards licensure

WHAT WE REQUIRE
Hours required include : one half day weekend & day time hours & In Person sessions * Required * plus some tele-health hours .
Hours to include : 4 x 5 hour days or 3 x 5 hour days & one 3 hour day
( one 5 hour day is required in person on a weekend day ie 9 am - 2 .15 pm )
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records related to licensing and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with clinical staff and admin tream for support
Requirements
- Masters degree Marriage family therapy , social work, psychology, or a related field required as well as a Registration # with the BBSE or related Board.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical records management.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
- PREFERRED SKILLS- Couples Trained- EMDR certified - Children 5+ - Trauma informed approach to treatment * Languages a + ( ie Spanish - Farsi - Armenian)
