Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Support professional to join our team. Extensive job training provided. 7 to 10 years experience. Should possess excellent communication skills to assist users effectively. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, providing solutions, and ensuring optimal performance ofproduct systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Document issues and solutions.
- Interface with engineering
- Communicate effectively with users to understand their technical problems and provide clear solutions.
- Document all support interactions in a timely manner for future reference.
- Requirements
- 7 to 10 years prior experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with users at all levels.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
- Spanish Speaking required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
