This is a great role for someone who is ready to take the next step in hospitality leadership, balancing day-to-day operations with coaching and development of the front desk team.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest service interactions
- Train, support, and motivate front desk agents to deliver consistent, top-tier service
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Support team scheduling, shift coverage, and front office workflow
- Maintain clear communication with other departments to ensure service continuity
- Lead by example—modeling Scarlett’s values of respect, accountability, consistency, and empowerment
- Assist with reporting, cash handling, and front desk administrative tasks
- Step into leadership when the manager is off-property, ensuring the guest experience never misses a beat
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience required (1+ years in a supervisory or lead role preferred)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) preferred
- A proactive leader with a positive, team-first attitude
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
